Location: Remote - US working days (Monday - Friday). Must overlap 8AM - 12PM PST (4 hours minimum)

We serve clients across industries delivering custom software solutions and staff augmentation services. Virstack is ISO 27001 certified and HIPAA & SOC 2 compliant.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client engagements from requirements gathering through project delivery
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers across concurrent workstreams
  • Coordinate tasks and dependencies across engineering, design, and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Monitor project status, flag risks and blockers early, and drive resolution
  • Manage change requests and ensure scope, schedule, and budget impacts are documented and communicated
Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Prepare and distribute project status updates, meeting notes, and decision logs
  • Present project progress and key findings to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Maintain project documentation in Jira, Airtable, or equivalent tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Airtable, or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Stay current with emerging AI tools relevant to BA and PM workflows and champion their adoption within the team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a SaaS, startup, or software delivery environment
  • Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to process mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro
